Level Requirements

Bat Nhat:
• 10 perfect push-ups with counting (nhat, nhi, tam, tu, ngu, luc, that, bat, cuu, thap)
• 3 stances: front, horse, cat
• 3 blocks: low, mid, high
• 3 punches: corkscrew, roundhouse, uppercut =>

• Animals: dragon claw, snake fangs
• 4 blocks: low, mid, high, outer dragon block
• 7 punches/strikes from Kiba (horse stance): corkscrew, roundhouse, uppercut, jab, tempo hammer, upward palm strike, snake poke
• 5 kicks: front, roundhouse, side, spin back kick, leg kick (basic pattern kicks are also required =>
